'It depends...' said the dishevelled little owl.
'On what?' asked the small girl.
'What you're expecting,' said the dishevelled little owl.
'Oh,' said the small girl.
'I thought you'd say something like that.'
(Pause.)
'You see?' said the dishevelled little owl.
'What?' asked the small girl.
'Well,' said the dishevelled little owl.
'You wondered about a thing and so...
'you went to where
'you expected the answer to be.'
(Pause.)
'Did I?' said the small girl.
'Yes, you did,' said the dishevelled little owl.
'You expected something...
'and there it was.
'So you could say you created what you expected.'
'Oh,' said the small girl.
'What's next?' asked the small girl.
'It depends...' said the dishevelled little owl.
'On what?' asked the small girl.
'What you're expecting,' said the dishevelled little owl.
