'You sure did,' said the dishevelled little owl.
'Even though I'm a bit tired...' said Santa.
'Yes,' said the dishevelled little owl.
'and a bit scribbly...' said Santa.
'Yep,' said the dishevelled little owl.
'I did it,' said Santa.
(Pause.)
'I finished even though I'm not finished...' said Santa.
'Yes,' said the dishevelled little owl.
'After all that,' said Santa.

(Thinking.)
'Do you think they liked it?' asked Santa.
'I think they loved it,' said the dishevelled little owl.
(Pause.)
'You see?' said the dishevelled little owl.
'I see,' said Santa.
'You sure did,' said the dishevelled little owl.
